Not sure which plan to pick? Start on Free or Starter and upgrade as your usage grows — you’ll never lose your data when changing plans.
You can change your workspace plan at any time from Workspace Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; the new plan’s limits are available as soon as the payment is processed. When you downgrade, your plan changes at the end of the current billing period, giving you time to reduce usage if needed.If a downgrade would put you over the lower plan’s limits (for example, you have 8 members on Pro and want to move to Team), Pharen Hub will prompt you to resolve those conflicts before the change is confirmed.
